How To Reach Yokohama, Japan
Yokohama has two international airports within reach but does not have an airport of its own. Narita International Airport (NRT) is Japan’s most important international airport and is about 100 kilometers (62 miles) away from Yokohama. It takes about 90 minutes to reach Yokohama Station via the Narita Express train.
Alternatively, boarding the limousine buses that Narita International Airport operates will get you to Yokohama in about 2 hours. If you’re looking for a faster option, get the Keisei Skyliner, then switch to the JR Keihin-Tohoku or Yokosuka Line at Nippori Station to arrive in Yokohama. Yokohama is 30 kilometers (19 miles) away from Haneda Airport (HND), so you can expect flying into it to be more comfortable.
The limousine buses that operate at Haneda Airport take between 30 and 40 minutes to reach Yokohama, while the Keikyu Line trains get there in just 25 minutes. Depending on traffic, travelers will be able to reach Yokohama a lot faster as well.

You can reach Yokohama via the extensive railroad systems that Japan has. This means you can grab a train from almost any city. Shinkansen is also available for Kobe, Fukuoka, and Hiroshima, allowing you to reach Yokohama.
